DO I HAVE TO sign up FOR GROUP CLASSES?
Yes. You have sign up online in advance to guarantee you have spot. Due to limited space, we can only accept a certain number of people and spot goes quickly. If you didn’t sign up on time, and the class is full, you can be put on a waitlist and you will be contacted if a spots opens up.
CAN I BRING A FRIEND IF THEY DON'T HAVE A MEMBERSHIP?
Absolutely. Your friend will only have pay a drop-in fee, giving them access to all our equipment and all our group classes for the whole day.
DO I NEED A PERSONAL TRAINER TO ACCESS THE GYM?
No. Every one is free to use the weight room and other equipment without a trainer as long as you have an active membership. If you have no prior experience in training it is highly recommended to hire a trainer, even for a short term to get you started. Certified personal trainer are a great investment to make sure you use the equipment properly, exercise safely and remain injury free.
DO YOU HAVE 24HR ACCESS?
Yes. You can purchase it online with a new membership or at the counter. We will give you a card to swipe for after hours.
DO YOU HAVE A SCHEDULE FOR YOUR GROUP CLASSES?

DO YOU SELL SUPPLEMENTS?
Yes. We carry top of the line supplements like Optimum Nutrition, BioSteel and Muscle Meds just to name a few.
DO YOU HAVE TANNING BEDS?
Yes. We have standing booth for tanning. Check our price list here
