Classes For All Fitness Levels

Group classes are a nice way to get that extra motivation and meet new people. You don’t know where to start with your training. You want to add variety to your routine. Here is a selection of group classes that will suit all fitness level. 


Metcon or Metabolic Conditioning is a circuit training that involve challenging the total body with compound exercises, longer work and shorter recovery intervals. It pushes the human body to its limits with fast-paced cardio and strength exercises to build muscle, strength, and endurance. These workouts can be tailored to an individual’s fitness level.  METCON is used to enhance sports performance, but it’s also a great way to rev up your metabolism and lose weight!

Indoor cycling workout takes you on a physical and mental challenge.  This fun 60-minute class will improve your fitness level through a simulated outdoor ride filled with intervals, hill climbs, sprints, endurance and recovery.  All levels are welcome

Pump & Shred

 Burn fat, build muscle – the powerful training method! It simply is a series of lifts combined in a non-stop, continuous movement using the same piece of equipment and typically same weight for each exercise.  It is a similar concept of superset but taking it to the NEXT LEVEL!  By using different intensity and rep ranges to target slow and fast twitch muscle fibers, “PUMP & SHRED” challenges the body, stimulate growth and improve fitness conditioning.  Its efficient, dynamic method of performance enhancement that makes the program enjoyable!!

Cycle 360

Spin and core is a mix of indoor cycling and weight training. Rev it up with a 20 minutes bike ride to get that heart rate up and that nice burn in your legs.  Follow this with a series of upper body weight training with some serious pumps to bring those guns out and finish this off with a series of core exercises.

The term “yoga” comes from a Sanskrit word meaning “union.” Yoga combines physical exercises, mental meditation, and breathing techniques to strengthen the muscles and relieve stress. Physical postures strengthen and tone muscles, and when performed in rapid succession, can provide cardiovascular conditioning. Meditation and deep breathing can reduce stress, thereby lowering blood pressure and inducing relaxation. Mind/body awareness can influence mood and self esteem to improve quality of life.

Mobility & stretches

No work out is complete without a proper stretching and mobility session. Improve your range of motion and recover faster from your intense workout as I guide you through some stretches and mobility exercises. Come rejuvenate you mind and body in this relaxing class. This class is accessible to all.

Core conditioning

The buzz word in the health and fitness
industry is core strength.  Why?  because, the core is the origin of movement.  The torso serves as the body’s base, it’s pillar, from which all movement stems.  Integrating core stabilization training provides a foundation for the generation of power from the inside out.  Since the torso initiates, assists and stabilizes movement, training the muscles to prepare for the unpredictable is the key element for body control and directional changes in day-to-day life as well as in sport. Join us for this 1hr class of pure core conditioning.

Grooving to the beats of salsa, flamenco, and merengue music feels more like a dance party than a workout, which is exactly what makes Zumba so popular. The Latin-inspired dance workout is one of the most popular group exercise classes in the world.

The high-energy classes are set to upbeat music and feature choreographed dance numbers that you might see in a nightclub. You don’t need to be a great dancer to feel welcome in a Zumba class. With the tag line, “Ditch the Workout, Join the Party,” the classes emphasize moving to the music and having a good time, no rhythm required.

This form of training has been tested in clinical studies through a joint effort by two medical universities. The short duration workouts were shown to burn an average of 5x more calories AFTER their exercise is over. Additionally, short burst workouts and combination with 30 and 60 minute workouts were put through a single blinded randomized study demonstrating their effectiveness in providing weight loss and fitness. “HIGHER INSTENSITY. did we say classes are free?

That’s correct. With all membership, including drop-in, you can participate in as many classes as  your heart desires. The only exception is our spin classes that has a tiny $4 surcharge.

Are group classes really included with my membership?

Yes they are! With any paid membership, including daily drop-in, you have access to all our group classes. The only classes that has a surcharge ($4) is our spin class and spin & core. Even at that price, it’s a steal of a deal.

Do I have to register for group classes?

No need to register for a group class as they are included in your membership. It is a good idea though to sign up in advance to guarantee you have spot. Due to limited space, we can only accept a certain number of people and spot goes quickly. If you didn’t sign up on time and the class is full, check the sign up sheet as people often cancel at the last minute. 

can I bring a friend if they don't have a membership?

Absolutely. Your friend will only have pay a drop-in fee, giving them access to all our equipment and all our group classes through out the day. 

Do I need a personal trainer to access the gym?

No. Every one is free to  use the weight room and other equipment without a trainer as long as you have an active membership. If  you have no prior experience in training it is highly recommended to hire a trainer, even for a short term to get you started. Certified personal trainer are a great investment to make sure you use the equipment properly, exercise safely and remain injury free. 

do you have 24hr access?

Yes we do! For an extra 40$ per year you can get access to the gym 24/7. After purchasing your membership come in and we will set you up.


Yes. Drop-in is valid for the whole day so if you have to leave you can come back at anytime during the same day. Also, all group classes are included with your drop-in except spin classes which a $4 surcharge.

Yes. We carry top of the line supplements like Optimum Nutrition, BioSteel and Muscle Meds just to name a few. 

Do you have tanning beds?
